A little bit better

Striving to better, oft we mar what’s well. King Lear, Act I, Scene 4.   Shakespeare

The corollary being: “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.”   “The perfect is the enemy of the good.”

What’s behind it, sometimes, people never realize it:  Quality≠ k • Price,             Quality = log(Price), or, Quality = log(hard work, effort, or time).

Good is on a track, a little bit better is on another track, you need extra energy (lot of effort) to jump from this track to that track, though the two circles look very close to each other. By the way, this is called quantum transition in quantum mechanic.
